Being in the construction industry for 32 years, Tom's knowledge and skill set is a major part of the reconstruction division as well as Recon as a whole. He is a Certified Residential Contractor and EPA Certified Lead Paint Contractor. Tom is our go to guy for anything reconstruction. When off work, Tom can be caught on the beach or on the boat fishing with an ice-cold Natty Light in his hand.
